also do book scanning - either by unbinding the books or

Small
document imaging jobs are also welcomed. However,
there is a $25 setup fee for jobs under $200.

Higher volume
discounts are available via custom quotation. -
Master CDs/DVDs
are $15.00 / CD or DVD - approximately 15,000 pages / CD. Copies of
Master CDs may be stored at our location for your
protection, if desired. -
Pick up and
delivery are included in the Seattle / Bellevue area
for jobs over $500 -
otherwise, pickup/delivery costs of $25/trip or shipping costs will apply.
Indexing Prices

One index/filename is
included for each document scanned that is over 150
pages. -
Additional
indexes are .08 / index (for up to 15 characters)

Recognition (OCR) Prices

be obtained by scanning first. -

On-Site Scanning

Acadia understands that some documents contain
sensitive information (medical records, financial
information, legal documents, etc.) and cannot leave
the site. -
We will supply all of the required equipment and an
operator to scan your documents and work during your
regular workday shifts. -
This on-site
scanning service is available in the Seattle/Tacoma
area at a nominal extra charge or outside the area for
additional travel expense costs.
